Position Title : Sales Representative We are hiring an enthusiastic and energetic coachable person to join our team as a sales representative. Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales of our products, providing solutions and offering exceptional services to our clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Resolve customer inquiries and offer solutions
• Answer inbound phone calls and reply emails
• Prepare quotations and sales orders
• Maintain and build good relationships with customers
• Generate potential sales opportunities
• Obtain and share feedback on products, services and market promotions QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to serve customers with great patience
• Ability to finish work tasks with efficiency and minimal errors
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing with strong teamwork attitude
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to fast-pace work environment
• Ability to use MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Post-secondary education
• Work experience in a sales environment or in customer service
