We’re hiring motivated, competitive individuals to join an intensive Outbound Sales Development Team, mentored directly by our VP Sales.
This is a structured, metrics-driven training path that prepares high-potential talent for promotion into Account Executive or Strategic Sales roles within JD Sign Group.

What You’ll Do
- Participate in daily coaching sessions with VP Sales and senior reps.
- Learn JD’s value proposition, client industries, and competitive landscape.
- Master our outbound sales techniques.
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns to targeted industry lists (QSR, retail, construction, corporate rebranded sectors).
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for senior sales executives.
- Track all outreach and KPIs in Zoho CRM with precision and discipline.
