WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the heartbeat of the salon by managing all operations and providing leadership and tools for success.
- Lead by example to help your staff increase their clientele and the business, focusing on salon profitability and teaching stylists the ins and outs of business.
- Perform all hair care services offered by Supercuts, ensuring the highest quality for each guest.
- Act as a coach and mentor to bring out the best in salon employees, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints professionally.
WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS
You lead by example, prioritize customer service, and resolve challenges professionally.You can develop your team, create a positive work environment, and keep the salon's bottom line in mind.You hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state / provincial regulations.You are flexible with your schedule, including evenings and weekends.You are tech-savvy and capable of performing administrative tasks, including system closing procedures.You have basic reading, writing, and math skills.You are available for mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Good eyesight to observe guests' hair, including close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment.Comfortable staying active—standing, lifting, reaching, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs, bending, and performing repetitive movements.Must be okay with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments.DISCLAIMER
