• Be the heartbeat of the salon by managing all operations and providing leadership and tools for success.
• Lead by example to help your staff increase their clientele and the business, focusing on salon profitability and teaching stylists the ins and outs of business.
• Perform all hair care services offered by Supercuts, ensuring the highest quality for each guest.
• Act as a coach and mentor to bring out the best in salon employees, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints professionally.
