The Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University (TRSM) is developing collaborative, creative leaders who will drive 21st century business forward while making a positive impact on society. Home to 13,000+ students and more than 250 industry-connected faculty, TRSM is Canada's leading diverse, entrepreneurial business school centred in an urban learning environment. We’re looking for a Program Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, learner-focused environment and loves being at the heart of Executive Education.
As a Program Assistant, you’ll be the first point of connection for faculty and participants, providing guidance, information, and high-quality support that helps Executive Education programs run seamlessly. You’ll keep operations humming by coordinating administrative processes, preparing materials, responding to inquiries, planning and executing events, and ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish for our clients.
You’ll also put your analytical skills to work by compiling data, conducting basic research, and supporting decision-making that strengthens programs and drives continuous improvement. Whether you’re supporting instructors, helping participants navigate their learning journey, or collaborating with colleagues across TRSM, you’ll play a vital role in shaping career-advancing, leadership-building programs that empower professionals from around the world.
