Service Coordinator – 10 : 30 AM to 7 : 00 PM Shift

Type : Full-time, Permanent | In-office
Salary : $55,000 – $60,000 + benefits
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hrs / week (8.5 hrs / day with 30-min lunch)
About the Role
The Service Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating in-shop repairs for trucking equipment. This includes managing service schedules, communicating with truck drivers and technicians, preparing work orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of repairs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate in-shop service and repair work for trucking equipment
- Manage inbound service calls and respond to urgent customer needs
- Create and schedule regular and emergency service jobs
- Assign and dispatch technicians based on availability, skills, and location
- Prepare work orders, quotes, and parts requests
- Maintain up-to-date job status in the system
- Collaborate with the Parts Department and Sales team to ensure timely job completion
- Provide administrative support as required
Ideal Candidate
Must-Haves :
3+ years of experience coordinating service / repairs in trucking, automotive, or large equipment repairStrong scheduling, dispatching, and work order management skillsProven ability to communicate effectively with technicians, truckers, and customersStrong customer service experience in an industrial or blue-collar settingIntermediate Microsoft Excel and strong computer skillsClear English communication (written and verbal)Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentLegally authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship)What’s Offered
