Sports Medicine Physician for Foundation Physiotherapy and Wellness in Trinity Bellwoods, ON

Foundation Physiotherapy and Wellness is seeking a collaborative and patient-centered Sports Medicine Physician to work alongside our expanding sports performance and orthopedic-focused practice. Receive referrals from across Foundation’s clinics and grow your practice alongside a professional rehabilitation team!

Location: Foundation Physiotherapy & Performance – Trinity Bellwoods

Requirements

• Be licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
• Hold a Diploma in Sport Medicine through the Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine (CASEM).

Compensation

• Maintain 100% of your annual billing structure.
• Expected commitment: Position can start at one shift/week and progress as need increases.
• Full administrative support provided by the clinic.
• Flat rate or rent models available and negotiable.

Skills

• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and non-surgical treatment for musculoskeletal injuries.
• Collaborate with allied health care specialists to develop personalized treatment plans using the best evidence.
• Multidisciplinary Medical team includes: Neurosurgeon, Orthopedic surgeon and Physiatrist.
• Rehabilitation team includes: Chiropractor, physiotherapists, registered massage therapists and osteopath.

Start Date

This position is set to start as soon as possible.
