Senior Quantity Surveyor

Drive commercial excellence and deliver major water sector projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a collaborative, high-performing team.

Overview

We are supporting our client in strengthening their Commercial team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor and will play a key role in providing commercial oversight across multiple project work packages.

The role sits within an integrated delivery team and will be accountable for :

• Commercial and cost management of projects.
• Acting as the commercial conscience of the team, supporting delivery management and site teams.
• Ensuring operations are carried out efficiently, controlling costs, maximizing value, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Maintaining compliance with all governance procedures and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor actual costs against baseline, value of work done, and outturn, reporting as required.
