About this role

Sensor Tower is hiring a Senior UX Designer to work on Pathmatics & App Advertising Insights, products used to analyze digital advertising spend, creatives, channels, and competitive strategies. While the title is UX Designer, this is a product‑embedded role. We’re looking for designers who think like Product Designers : owning workflows end‑to‑end, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering, and making thoughtful design tradeoffs in a complex, data‑rich environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing for users at different levels of expertise, making sense of messy data, and guiding people from first use to power use.

What You’ll Do

• Own UX design for key areas of the Pathmatics and App Advertising Insights products.
• Design and iterate on complex workflows involving spend data, creatives, channels, and competitive analysis.
• Create clear, usable experiences across tables, charts, timelines, and creative libraries.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to frame problems, refine requirements, and prioritize usability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and performant.
• Apply and evolve Sensor Tower’s design system to support consistency across analytics products.
• Balance analytical depth, usability, and technical constraints in design decisions.
• Participate in design reviews and help raise UX quality across the platform.
