Description de posteAdministrative Management : Responsible for the department administration tasks and document controlMaintain office supplies, equipment, and inventoryHandle administrative correspondence, including mail, and phone calls Document Control and Record Keeping : Working with the Maintenance Manager to establish and maintain document control document flow, including filing, tracking, and accurate and up-to-date records of documents.Coordinate with other company departments for essential documents and tasksAssist with preparation of cost trackingSubmission of purchase orders, invoice receival, and payment requests, and coordinate with the accounting department Communication and Coordination : Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the office and between teams. College or bachelor’s degree in office administration is preferred Previous experience as an Administrator, Assistant, Coordinatoror in a similar administrative role Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar software Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description
American Iron & Metal (AIM) is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Mobile Maintenance Administrator to join our Maintenance Team on a Monday to Friday basis . The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and great communication skills.
