Position Summary

The Production Technician – General Machinist partners with engineers, designers and account managers to fit and assemble components according to blueprints, manuals, engineering memos, sketches and knowledge of machine construct. They consistently produce excellent quality parts using correct processes while meeting time standards and minimizing scrap. They also assist in initiating cost reductions by exploring different means of material removal whether through tooling or programming techniques.

This position works with a small team and reports to the Operations Manager.

Compensation includes hourly pay ranging CAD $22 to $32 and discretionary performance‑based quarterly profit sharing. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, and retirement programs. Paid leave includes paid time off, sick, and holiday pay.
