Description de posteBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in a Canadian province or territory. Strong knowledge of power and digital electronics, FPGA applications, PCB design, EMI / EMC, and system integration. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

We are currently seeking a qualified Hardware Engineering Manager to join our team.
Location : Peterborough, ON
Work Arrangement : Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers across multiple aerospace programs.
- Oversee the design, analysis, and testing of electrical systems including power and embedded electronics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, systems, and manufacturing engineering.
- Ensure compliance with military and aerospace industry standards
- Drive technical reviews, design validation, and product qualification processes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Interface with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and present technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
