Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first-level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (363 ISRW) Plans and Programs Office (XP). Supervises a workforce consisting of military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
Salary ranges include local market supplements.
Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 363d ISR Wing Plans and Programs Office, ensuring that planning and programming complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
- Provides focus, policy, and guidance for all 363 ISRW and subordinated Groups with responsibility for ensuring the desired level of interoperability exists among all elements of the Wing enterprise and ISR community.
- Receives all Wing planning and programming tasks and special projects assignments along with background information and related material.
- Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and counsels employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
