Job Description
The Canadian Personal Banking (CPB) Anti Money Laundering (AML) Road to Strong program is responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy and delivery of the CPB Road to Strong AML initiative. This includes identifying gaps and enhancement opportunities for TD's AML Program, developing action plans, reporting and program monitoring, and establishing the delivery model of CPB specific deliverables.
Responsibilities
- As an expert in data and analytics, provide in depth expertise, analytical interpretation, key insights, reporting and action items to multi‑functional business partners across the organization.
- Develop, adopt, and evolve a best‑in‑class reporting solution; deliver on ad‑hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.5+ years of relevant experience from a business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific or financial background.Strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.MS Suite experience.Excellent communication skills.Strong time management skills.Excel proficiency with building formulas.Tableau proficiency.Power BI skills (asset).Executive reporting skills.Statistical computer languages (Python, SQL, Spark).Visio skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experienced in providing specialized data visualizations to support business needs.Knowledge of broader enterprise reporting platforms and data sources, ability to integrate data across the enterprise.Experience using Python, SQL, Spark to manipulate data and draw insights from large datasets.Apply business strategy to produce meaningful data analysis supporting business goals.Generate insights and recommend business actions aligned with strategy.Develop analysis to illustrate business trends and identify new opportunities.Perform analysis : hypothesize, test, gather data, analyze, build story, communicate to stakeholders.Subject matter expertise on key data sources, develop curated data assets for reporting and analytics.Interpret analytic outputs using visualization reports and dashboards.Translate business requirements to data and analytics needs for the CPB Segment portfolio.Educate business partners on data interpretation and decision making.Communicate findings effectively and recommend actions per business area.Serve as authority on business domain, providing expertise for context around analytics discovery.Provide day‑to‑day support and delivery of analytics.Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and other business units, including cross‑functional groups or committees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
