As our new Assistant Controller II , you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial foundation that supports this mission. You will grow into a key strategic partner—transforming financial data into actionable insights that power decision‑making, enable operational excellence, and fuel the company’s North American expansion.

What You’ll Do – Your Impact

Financial Analysis & Operational Influence

• Dive deep into inventory, sales, costs, margins, and variances to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor spending patterns and financial fluctuations, bringing forward insights that guide smarter decisions.
• Work closely with operations teams to understand the “why” behind the numbers and help align financial strategy with business reality.
• Contribute meaningful analyses during monthly operations meetings to drive performance.
