Role Overview

As a Litigation Lawyer, you will manage a diverse range of files including commercial, property disputes, employment, and estate litigation. You will be involved in all stages of litigation, including:

• Representing clients before courts and tribunals
• Managing a varied caseload across multiple practice areas
• Drafting pleadings, affidavits, facta, and other court documents
• Conducting examinations for discovery, cross-examinations, and hearings
• Collaborating closely with partners and associates
• Advising clients and developing practical, results-oriented legal strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post-call litigation experience
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple files and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for problem-solving
• Sound business judgment and motivation to excel in the practice of law

Compensation

Competitive salary range: 100 – 137k
