Our client is a global flooring manufacturing company with an office in Montreal. They are looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to their newly formed Salesforce Team.
In this role the successful candidate will work closely within the team to support the Salesforce Sales, Service, SFMC platforms.
- Assess, define, implement, and communicate Salesforce solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- The ability to communicate solutions to problems to varied audiences and stakeholders
- A Salesforce Administrator who is passionate about enabling teams to leverage Salesforce capabilities to design solutions driving business value
- Working closely with business stakeholders, product managers and analysts to design solutions through the full life cycle
- Ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- User support tickets
- Monitor and improve user permissions and user adoption
- New user and ongoing user training
- Technical documentation
Qualifications :
2+ years hands-on configuration experience with SFDC solutions, especially Service Cloud and Lightning experienceDemonstrate deep knowledge of SDLC best practices for SDFC solution developmentAbility to define implementation scope and provide estimates on effort required to build the solutionCommitted to continuous learning and developmentMust hold at least one Salesforce CertificationThank you for your interest.
