Marketer – Full Time

Overview

Promotes Hamilton Healthcare System by implementing marketing and advertising programs in local and regional markets. Develops and coordinates public health education programs, employee recognition programs, District events, and supports Auxiliary and Hospital Foundation projects. Will act as the district’s community liaison.

Job Qualifications

• Education : Bachelors of Business in Marketing preferred.
• Personal job‑related skills : Must possess the ability to appropriately represent the district in a variety of settings. Must be self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable with leading and speaking at public events.
• Licensure, registry or certification : None required.
• Prior Work Experience : Prefer experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations. Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Technical Training : Ability to operate business office equipment. Computer experience to include Quark, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint software programs. Ability to operate digital media (i.e. digital camera, laptop and projector).
• Physical and Mental Requirements : Duties of the position require intermittent walking, sitting, and standing. Some bending, stooping, and reaching is required with the lifting limit of items up to a weight of 50 pounds.
