Our contact center plays a vital role in supporting over 400 retail locations across the country, helping Canadians reach their personal and financial goals. Through specialized, high-impact teams, we deliver the expert service, care, and support that fuel goeasy 's success.

A day in the life of a Loan Processing Specialist :

• Review loan applications using Wealthview and Salesforce to approve loans to our customers across Canada
• Verify all documents and application information to ensure compliance with our internal policies and that only healthy loans are funded
• Act quickly, multitasking between several windows reviewing documents such as customer pay stubs, credit reports, bank statements, etc. exhibiting excruciating attention to detail
• Support the field through strong communication skills, ensuring customer and business needs are being met
• Identify fraudulent documents during the verification process and report these to the appropriate departments
