AutoCAD Technician - Toro - Drafting

Overview

Toro Aluminum has became a leader in the development and manufacturing of window walls and doors for high-rise condominiums, office buildings and hotels, across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

Reporting

The AutoCAD Technician reports directly to the CAD Manager at Toro Aluminum.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate shop drawings using AutoCAD / REVIT, in compliance with contract documents, project specifications, and company standards.
• Review and implement architectural revisions, ASIs, SKs, and engineer / client comments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards relevant to window wall systems.
• Support the engineering review and stamping process by addressing comments and updating drawings accordingly.
• Participate in Bluebeam sessions and internal reviews as required.
• Assist with as-built drawings and updates based on site conditions.

Qualifications

Salary Range : $50,000 - $100,000
