Attention all Nurses, we have a position for you in a School environment in St Catherines.

Join the CareKW team of qualified, supportive, dynamic individuals who enhance the health of our community. We are looking for Nurses with a variety of backgrounds and skills. New graduates welcome! We provide training and skills enhancements with mentorship opportunities.

Location : St. Catherines

Shift timing : 9AM - 2PM

Role Includes :

Medication administration

Perform physical patient assessments

Provide g-tube & suctioning support

Perform patient and family health teaching

Monitor, assess, and document changes in the patient’s condition

Assist with activities of daily living

Collaborate with the inter-professional healthcare team to determine and implement the patient plan of care

Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current registration with the College of Nurses, candidate must be in good standing

New Nursing Graduates will be provided training

Valid work / study permit (if applicable)

Current CPR / First Aid Certification

Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 3 months of hire)

Up-to-date Immunization Records (MMR, TDAP, Varicella, Hep B, Covid-19)

Excellent documentation skills

Ability to follow client care plan

Excellent patient service skills

Reliable transportation

Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
