What will you be doing?

• General printing, faxing, scanning and filing as directed.Preparation of mailouts as directed.Completing requests for CCG Charitable Donation program on behalf of Government & Community Relations.
• Interoffice mail and fax management for Club & Automotive Services. Office Supplies management.
• Ordering of trunk organizers, gift cards and other premiums/swag as directed. Scanning & indexing documents to OnBase. Providing support for CCG/Club & Automotive events as required.
• ERS claims administration including. ERS Network administration as directed by Manager, Operational Efficiency.

What do you bring?

• Post-secondary diploma or degree.
• Completion of or willingness to complete Microsoft Office Professional certification.
• Completion of or willingness to complete Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or above).
• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing work in a timely manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in general office administration.
• Experience with MS Office.
