Job descriptionGeneral printing, faxing, scanning and filing as directed.Preparation of mailouts as directed.Completing requests for CCG Charitable Donation program on behalf of Government & Community Relations. Interoffice mail and fax management for Club & Automotive Services. Office Supplies management. Ordering of trunk organizers, gift cards and other premiums / swag as directed. Scanning & indexing documents to OnBase. Providing support for CCG / Club & Automotive events as required. ERS claims administration including. ERS Network administration as directed by Manager, Operational Efficiency. Post-secondary diploma or degree. Completion of or willingness to complete Microsoft Office Professional certification. Completion of or willingness to complete Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or above). Superior customer service skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing work in a timely manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience in general office administration. Experience with MS Office.
