Job Description
Implement the asset data strategy by connecting with DLL countries to develop the quantity and quality of Asset Data. Gather data requirements for monitoring and performance dashboards for Asset Management and Asset Sales globally. Specify these requirements into understandable work packages (user stories) for our IT engineers. Partner with Asset Management and Asset Sales members as well as other internal departments across the globe to understand business requirements and support them with new asset-related insights.
You Are
- A skilled business analyst with knowledge of leasing or asset management processes.
- Actively managing senior business stakeholders in addressing their data and reporting needs.
- Eager to deliver results in a structured way.
Day to Day
Collect and validate business requirements from key stakeholders (asset management and asset sales).Gather data requirements and identify how, from where and when this data can be sourced.Refine requirements into understandable work packages (user stories) for the IT engineers to implement (e.g. data sourcing, data modelling, SQL scripts).Perform data analysis (SQL) on Asset Data (e.g. asset structure, financed emissions and data quality).Collaborate with the Financed Emissions team to implement target state for financed emissions reporting.Enable the Asset Data Steward by visualizing key data quality metrics (Power BI).Present progress on Sustainability and Data Quality to key stakeholders, and drive adoption of created dashboards.Measures
First time right translation of business requirements to technical specifications (in the development of new Asset Management and Asset Sales dashboards, in the development of the Financed Emissions target state).Provide backlog refinement in line with planning.Great stakeholder satisfaction.All Members Enjoy

Degree and 7+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.5+ years’ experience in financial industry (preferably leasing / asset management).Demonstrable experience of global stakeholder management and project management skills.Ability to communicate with confidence and persuasion, including having challenging conversations with senior stakeholders.5+ years of experience with data analysis with SQL in relation to understanding business challenges.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Experience with requirement gathering and ability to communicate technical needs and solutions effectively to non‑technical staff.Extras
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI) and ability to transform information into advice.Knowledge of Sustainability (financed emissions, nature & biodiversity or circularity).Knowledge of process management and LEAN principles.About Us

Desired Primary Work Location : Wayne, PA / Des Moines, IA / Burlington, ON
Applicable Pay Range : $86,650.40 – $129,975.60 (USD) for the US only; $83,889.60 – $125,834.40 (CAD) for Canada only. Base salary range and benefits information are provided in accordance with applicable state / local pay transparency laws and regulations.
