The Subcontract Administrator is located in Scarborough and typically reports directly to the Subcontract Manager. Their primary focus is assisting in subcontract management under the direction of Subcontracts Team.
This role is open for full-time applicants. Black & McDonald is willing to train hard-working and motivated individuals.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Issue subcontract purchase orders in ERP system, including preparing and editing any subcontract agreements while ensuring proper supporting documentation has been submitted
- Adjust subcontract purchase orders as required by Operations including Change Orders
- Support Contact for the Subcontractor Prequalification Process (SCPQ)
- Liaison with IT Department regarding the SCPQ and support HSE and Finance inquiries
- Scan, post and file contracts and subcontracts as required
- Request and update Certificate of Insurances
- Assist lawyers by providing administrative support as required Provide support / assistance with the management of company cell phones / devices as required

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual in French is considered an asset
- Quick learning and highly motivated
- MS Office (Word, Excel)
- JD Edwards or an Oracle-based ERP system is considered an asset
