Your Impact
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will play a critical role in driving growth by :

You will advise and promote Sika solutions to process engineers manufacturing specialists purchasing professionals and other key decisionmakers showcasing Sikas advanced adhesive sealant and resin technologies .

As part of Sika Canadas Industry Sales Team you will :
Act as the technical sales lead for your assigned regionCoordinate business development initiatives with your manager and crossfunctional teamsPromote Sikas full Industry product portfolio to engineering communities OEMs and industrial distributorsDevelop specifications and influence buying decisions within key accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships across technical operational and purchasing functionsRecommend and execute regional sales and marketing strategiesIdentify application challenges manufacturing processes and dispensing requirements in customer environmentsPartner closely with Sikas Technical R&D and Field Support teams to close deals and retain customersValidate new applications through Technical Service Requests prior to customer launchCollaborate with OEMs and equipment suppliers to ensure material and equipment compatibilitySupport Market Field Specialists and Technical Service RepresentativesAct as project manager for selected key programsDeliver customer training through workshops events and onsite supportActively participate in external technical committees and professional forumsProvide monthly activity and performance reports aligned with growth and budget targetsWhat You Bring

University or College degree in Business with a strong technical / engineering background35 years of experience in adhesive or sealant salesStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteBilingual (French / English) is considered a strong assetWillingness to travel 1015% for meetings training and customer engagementSelfdriven resultsoriented and committed to professionalism and innovationVehicle & Driver Requirements
