Job Description :

We’re looking for a(n) Senior Staff Engineer, Network Observability who will take a hands‑on lead role in administering, maintaining, and enhancing TJX’s enterprise network tools portfolio, including DXNetOps, ThousandEyes, NetBrain, and other monitoring platforms. This position gives you the opportunity to drive meaningful impact through tool optimization, automation development, and API / ITSM integrations that elevate the performance of our global network environment. You’ll serve as a trusted expert, providing advanced support and training to operational teams while shaping the future of our observability capabilities. If you thrive on solving complex integration challenges and improving operational efficiency, this role offers both influence and technical depth in a highly dynamic environment.
