Responsibilities :

Handle specific customer accounts from order creation to delivery.

Track and trace orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Create and process orders efficiently.

Communicate proactively with customers to confirm pickup hours and appointments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.

Proactively identify and solve problems, taking initiative on available tasks.

Qualifications :

2+ years of related experience in transportation or logistics preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a dynamic industry.
