Performance and Optimization Engineer

We are looking for a Performance & Optimization Specialist for one of our clients to perform network performance, monitoring, and analysis by collecting and analyzing information, identifying the abnormalities from sources in the domain of the customer solution, diagnosing root causes of performance issues, and recommending improvement for optimization actions (i.e., QoS Optimization, parameter tuning, SW Upgrades, etc.) to meet contractual KPI targets. They find problems that were not identified during testing. In addition to diagnosing network performance issues, the Performance & Optimization Specialist generates daily / weekly / monthly reports related to technology aspects of the customer solution. The specialist performs short‑term capacity utilization and traffic pattern assessments to evaluate impact on current and future architecture and recommend optimal network strategy for future traffic / capacity needs, leveraging automation techniques to reduce analysis time and other optimization related activities that involve repetition.

• b) Self starter who will use own deep technical expertise to assess the network configuration and come up with feature / parameter trial plan independently.
• c) Ability to interact / engage customer for technical discussions, review of technical reports / analysis / recommendations
