The Senior Process Engineer leads process engineering efforts on complex or large-scale projects and stamps process drawings, reports, and technical deliverables where permitted.

A typical day :

Leads preparation and review of drawings, design documents, specifications, and technical reports

Coordinates with project managers and discipline leads to ensure process deliverables meet schedule and budget

Performs advanced simulations, system assessments, and optimization studies

Leads hazard reviews including HAZOP, LOPA, SIL assessments, and risk evaluations

Ensures process designs meet regulatory, safety, and industrial standards

Supervises, coordinates, and reviews the work of engineers, CAD designers, and technicians

Acts as a discipline lead on multidisciplinary projects. and supports business development through technical insight and client interaction

Successful candidates will have :

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline

P.Eng (Professional Engineer) license and Ability to stamp engineering drawings and reports where permitted

8–12+ years of progressive experience in process engineering

Demonstrated experience leading complex or large-scale industrial projects and proven ability to mentor intermediate and junior engineers

Strong background in Process simulation software and performing advanced simulations and optimization studies

Ability to prepare and review Design documents and engineering deliverables
