Secondary Skills: JavaScript / VBA / MS Access

This role is for an electricity utility client and requires strong application development, enhancement, and production support experience.

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and web application development.
• Good experience with SQL Server, database queries, stored procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, VBA, and MS Access.
• Experience developing, enhancing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and application dependencies.
• Experience in SIT, UAT support, regression testing, defect resolution, and release validation.
• Experience in production support, including incident resolution, RCA, and performance troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Git/source control, CI/CD, SDLC, and application security practices.

T&D / Functional Skills:

• Basic understanding of Electric Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business processes is preferred.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting AMS incidents, minor/major enhancements, and project activities.
• Ability to work with business analysts, technical leads, testers, and client stakeholders.

Other Skills:

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage development tasks across incidents, enhancements, and releases.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support knowledge artifacts.
• Added Advantage: Experience with utility/T&D applications, legacy application modernization, SharePoint, PowerShell, cloud platforms, or enterprise integrations.
