Client Service Associate

Job Summary
The Client Service Associate keeps each client assignment organized: the engagement letter, the information requests, the meeting calendar and the status of every open item. The position supports the client team and is full-time and remote, open to candidates anywhere in Canada.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sets up new assignments once the engagement letter is signed
• Sends information request lists to owners and tracks responses
• Maintains the data room index
• Schedules owner calls and board meetings
• Prepares weekly status notes for the partners
• Answers routine client questions or routes them to the right colleague
• Prepares invoices for completed work
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service, as an account or project coordinator, or in an administrative role, including internships
• Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in business or commerce
• Work at an accounting, law or advisory firm
• A CRM or practice management system

Working Conditions
This is a remote position. Work is performed at a desk with prolonged periods of sitting, computer use and video meetings. Hours follow Eastern business hours.
