Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop Oshawa Centre is looking for a friendly, organized Reception + Retail Associate to join our team.

You'll welcome every guest, keep the shop running smoothly, and help create the experience that makes a great haircut feel even better.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of customer service experience and:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including answering emails and phone calls, managing service queues, and supporting your team
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory (an asset)
• Experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa (a bonus)
• An outgoing and fun personality
