What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Guide customers through the full buying journey with confidence, professionalism, and zero pressure
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets
• Build relationships, follow up consistently, and turn leads and calls into appointments
• Own your CRM and keep your pipeline active, organized, and moving
• Learn your inventory, Toyota vehicle features, financing options, promotions, and dealership services
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience from first contact through follow-up
• Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds, road tests, and follow-up as trained
• Maintain accurate paperwork and respond promptly to assigned leads
• Represent Comox Valley Toyota with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment where people want to come to work
