Compliance Deductions Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Deductions Analyst to join our client's team in Markham, ON. This is a direct hire position - you will be hired on by our client. Salary: $60,000-70,000/year + 5% bonus, benefits, vacation days Shift: Day shifts Responsibilities: - Analyze/investigate customer compliance fines, chargebacks, and deductions - Review customer claims, validate documentation, and determine legitimacy of claim - Prepare dispute packages when deductions are found to be invalid - Maintain accurate records/documentation of investigations/resolutions - Identify trends/issues/root causes that contribute to compliance deductions - Compliance-related reporting - Support customer audits/internal reviews - Other duties as required Qualifications: - University degree or college diploma in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Experience with deductions, chargebacks, compliance programs, accounts receivable, or customer claims management (Minimum 3-4 years) - Experience with Amazon account - Strong computers skills specifically Microsoft Excel and reporting tools - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - High attention to detail - Strong problem-solving skills - Strong analytical and investigative skills Apply now!
