As a Manufacturing Associate, you will support production line operations, sorting, packing, and quality inspection activities. You will be part of a supportive production team where safety, consistency, and quality are important every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on a production line to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations.
- Sort, pack, and prepare consumer packaged goods according to production standards.
- Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, production instructions, and quality requirements.
- Support team members and supervisors to help meet production targets.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $20.85 to $22.55 per hour.
- Night shift premium: $0.70 per hour.
- 12-hour shift premium: $0.70 per hour.
- Weekly pay.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Full-time hours.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time hire.

- Not transit accessible.
- Rotating 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts.
- Must be flexible for 24/7 shift scheduling.
