Methodology & Frameworks: Strong practical knowledge of structured change methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).

Portfolio & Work Artifacts: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality change artifacts (candidates should be prepared to share 1–2 redacted work samples, such as change impact assessments, stakeholder matrices, or executive decks).

Communication & Executive Presence: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.

Pace & Self-Direction: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, move quickly in an evolving environment, and take ownership with minimal oversight.
