What it takes:

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in a relevant field such as environmental studies, political science, public affairs, business administration, or engineering, plus a minimum of four years related experience in energy industry, preferably in the development of energy policy and /or stakeholder engagement or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention-to-detail with a focus on public policy analysis to develop strategies with an in-depth understanding of energy and climate strategies, regulations, and policies.
• Strong skills in the use of business analysis, financial evaluation methods, and project management.
• Exceptional communications skills
• A demonstrated understanding of energy systems, modeling, and building sectory policy alongside proven energy sector, utility and regulatory experience.
