Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in Kubernetes-based platforms, monitoring and observability, application troubleshooting, and automation. The role focuses on investigating technical issues, analyzing application code, and maintaining system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues within OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) using relevant tools and command-line utilities.

• Monitor system performance and investigate technical issues using observability tools, preferably Dynatrace.

• Analyze Java Spring Boot application code to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Develop and implement automation using scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.

• Support system reliability by identifying and resolving application and platform issues.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) or Kubernetes-based platforms.

• Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools, preferably Dynatrace.

• Experience analyzing Java Spring Boot code for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Practical automation experience using any scripting language.

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and observability.

• Experience using command-line utilities to investigate and resolve platform issues.

• Experience automating operational and troubleshooting tasks through scripting.
