Job Summary : Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Single Family Superintendent to oversee the construction of single-family homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the construction process from staking to finalpletion.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the construction process from start to finish
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Schedule and coordinate all construction activities
