Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm
Location: Mississauga, ON
Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 from home

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
📋 New Account Onboarding Verification
- Receive and review new customer applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Perform routine account verifications and internal system checks to ensure clean, accurate records.
- Reach out to new clients to confirm account details, payment methods, and setup preferences.
- Prepare summary write-ups and submit client accounts for internal approvals.
📞 Client Service & Portfolio Administration
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) and external clients regarding account status.
- Maintain and update active customer records, contract terms, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor account updates and insurance/compliance files to ensure all records stay current.
- Work closely with team members to resolve client inquiries, process updates, and maintain smooth day-to-day workflows.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years in Office Administration, Customer Service Coordination, Order Processing, Accounts Admin, or Client Onboarding.
Strong organizational habits, high attention to detail, and confident phone/email communication.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new internal software platforms - knowledge of AS400
Dependable, process-oriented, and excited to support both customers and internal departments
Ability to communicate with internal contacts. Communication with external contacts is required to exchange work related information.
