We are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our client's dynamic warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
Previous counterbalance forklift experience is required.
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Shifts Available: Day, Afternoon & Night Shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Woodbridge
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers.
- Move, stack, and organize materials in designated areas.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory and material handling as required.
- Work effectively with supervisors and other warehouse team members.
Qualifications
- Previous counterbalance forklift experience is required.
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence/certification.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
