Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Callidus Consultant (ICM) with strong expertise in SAP CallidusCloud Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and configuring compensation plans, commission calculations, data integrations, and workflows while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support SAP CallidusCloud ICM solutions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into compensation plans, rules, and payout calculations
- Configure compensation plans, quotas, commissions, territories, crediting, and workflows
- Develop and maintain calculation logic, dashboards, reports, and compensation statements
- Perform data integration with SAP and non-SAP systems using ETL and integration tools
- Support UAT, production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with sales operations, finance, IT, and business stakeholders
- Provide production support and resolve compensation-related issues
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CallidusCloud ICM
- Expertise in compensation plan design, rule configuration, and commission calculations
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and system integrations
- Good understanding of sales compensation, incentive management, and finance processes
- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
- Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
Preferred Skills
- SAP Commissions / SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management
- SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
