Automotive Tint - Ppf & Vehicle Wrap Installer
- Temps plein
You know the difference between an installation that looks good from ten feet away and one you’re proud to put your name on.
At All Out Graphics & Design, we’re looking for an experienced installer who cares about the details, follows through, and takes responsibility for the finished product.
THE ROLE
You’ll take assigned installations from vehicle inspection and preparation through to final quality checks and handoff. You’ll be responsible for completing work to our standards, communicating progress, and flagging problems early.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Your installations consistently meet our quality standards.
Jobs are completed within agreed time expectations without sacrificing workmanship.
Your work requires minimal avoidable rework.
You use film and materials thoughtfully and minimize unnecessary waste.
The team knows where your jobs stand without having to chase updates.
You take feedback professionally and apply it.
You can be trusted to follow a job through to completion.
Take pride in doing consistent work, including on routine jobs.
Your rate will reflect the quality, range, and efficiency of the work you can perform.
Compensation:
$20 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:
Installing automotive window tint, PPF, and commercial vehicle wraps and graphics within your demonstrated skill set.
Inspecting vehicles before starting and documenting existing damage.
Preparing glass, paint, and other surfaces properly.
Reviewing work orders and confirming materials, coverage, and placement before installation.
Using plotters, patterns, and installation tools as required.
Checking your own work for contamination, alignment, edges, adhesion, and overall finish.
Taking completion photos and keeping job information current.
Caring for customer vehicles, tools, and materials.
Keeping your workspace clean and ready for the next job.
Communicating delays, material issues, or mistakes promptly and helping resolve them.
Qualifications:
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You have hands-on professional experience in automotive tint, PPF, or vehicle wrap installation. Experience across all three is strongly preferred, but tell us where you’re strongest and where you’re still developing.
You’ll fit this role if you:
Notice details and correct issues before the customer sees them.
Work independently while cooperating with the rest of the team.
Are reliable, organized, and careful with customer property.
Communicate directly and respectfully.
Own mistakes and focus on fixing them.
Can follow established processes and suggest practical improvements.
Take pride in doing consistent work, including on routine jobs.
