What You'll Do
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
• Maintain employee files and HR records
• Support employee relations, coaching, and performance management
• Assist with payroll processing and HRIS/ADP administration
• Ensure compliance with ESA, health & safety, and company policy
• Recommend and help implement HR process improvements
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership

What You Bring
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or Junior HR Generalist backgrounds welcome)
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• CHRP designation an asset, not required
• Working knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA)
• Comfortable in Excel, HRIS systems, and ADP or similar payroll platforms
