Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

The Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior is responsible for leading and executing comprehensive quality assurance activities for large-scale software applications across web, mobile, and cloud platforms. This role involves designing, planning, and performing manual and automated testing, including specialized AI-assisted testing, to ensure software quality and alignment with business requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA efforts including planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of testing activities.
• Assess quality risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Design and develop manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts for various testing types.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, usability, accessibility, performance, and AI-specific testing.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes using QA tools.
• Collaborate with project teams, business users, and stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document and communicate test discrepancies, results, and progress regularly.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes supporting development and production changes.
• Create Test Completion Reports summarizing all testing activities and outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of QA practices within Agile, DevOps, and traditional SDLC environments.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years experience in testing large-scale applications across on-premise, cloud, and mobile platforms.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI-assisted testing, including developing AI-powered QA agents using agentic AI, LLM technologies, and chatbot applications.
• Extensive expertise in manual and automated testing across UI, integration, regression, performance, AI-enabled systems, and UAT.
• Proficiency with AI testing tools such as DeepEval, Applitools, Promptfoo, SaolaAI, Reflect AI, Agentic AI, and Copilot Studio Kit.
• Experience with automated testing tools including Micro Focus UFT, TOSCA, Selenium, Cucumber, and performance testing tools like JMeter and Load Runner.
• Strong knowledge of defect lifecycle management using tools such as OpenText ALM, OpenText Octane, JIRA, Visual Studio, and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), Hybrid, and DevOps.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills:

• Certification in Software Quality Engineering or equivalent credentials.
• Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent.
• Advanced skills in business process analysis, information management, and web UI design and accessibility.

• Extensive hands-on experience with all layers of testing: UI, Integration, Regression, Performance, AI-enabled systems, and UAT.
• Proven ability to execute AI testing using specialized tools such as DeepEval, Applitools, Promptfoo, SaolaAI, Reflect AI, Agentic AI, and Copilot Studio Kit.
