We are seeking skilled Technical Machine Operators in Burlington, ON to handle the setup, adjustment, and continuous operation of low-speed production machinery. This role requires strict adherence to ISO and GMP quality standards, along with precise documentation and log maintenance.
Position Details
Location: Burlington, ON
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $24.00/hr (Dependent on shift)
Shifts Available: Days, Afternoons, and Nights
Key Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years operating production machinery.
Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills with the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 30 lbs.
Quality Focus: Proven experience working under ISO/GMP standards and keeping accurate production logs.

Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and adjust machinery to hit output targets.
Quality Control: Inspect output, resolve defects, and maintain quality standards.
Maintenance: Ensure smooth equipment operation and suggest line improvements.
Documentation: Log precise daily records for compliant and defective units.
Leadership: Guide and train team members on standard operating procedures.
Compliance: Follow all Health & Safety, ISO, and GMP guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
1–2 years of machinery experience with a high school diploma (technical degree preferred)
Solid technical skills in reading blueprints/schematics, mechanical work, and troubleshooting
Physical stamina to stand/walk for full shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and push up to 50 lbs
Self-driven work style with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to safety
