About Our Client
Our client is a well-established not-for-profit sector organization located in Downtown Vancouver. They are currently seeking a CRM Data Coordinator to support an important CRM migration and data management project on a 6-month contract basis.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional with previous Salesforce CRM data management experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing, cleaning, organizing, updating, and migrating database information while helping improve the overall quality, consistency, and usability of CRM data.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 2–3 days per week in the Downtown Vancouver office.
Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Duration: October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027
Pay Rate: $30–$37 per hour
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office

Responsibilities
- Review existing CRM records and identify outdated, incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent information
- Update contact and organization records, including information for individuals who have changed roles or are no longer with an organization
- Research and enter missing information into CRM records
- Implement updated CRM fields, field values, and data standards
- Standardize and organize information to improve consistency and data quality
- Perform data entry, data cleaning, record updates, and general database administration
- Identify and resolve duplicate records and other data quality issues
- Conduct quality checks to ensure data is complete, accurate, and consistently entered
- Support the migration of contact, organization, and other CRM data to a new platform
- Maintain documentation of data updates, processes, and outstanding issues
- Work with internal team members to clarify data requirements and prioritize records for review
- Provide weekly written and verbal progress updates
- Assist with other CRM and data management tasks as required
Qualifications
- Previous CRM data management experience is required
- Strong experience with Salesforce is required
- Experience with Zoho CRM is considered an asset
- Previous experience in data entry, database administration, data cleaning, or data management is an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Comfortable working independently on detailed, repetitive administrative tasks
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new software, systems, and processes quickly
- Proactive, reliable, and dependable approach to work
- Ability to collaborate with team members to clarify requirements and resolve data issues
- Experience or familiarity with the life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, technology, or professional association sectors is considered an asset
