This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring / Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional Food & Beverage experience.
• Actively participating in the daily Food & Beverage operation including coordination of scheduling, recognition and performance management duties - all with best office view you could ask for!
• Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions. Preparation and verification of daily cash reports.
• Act as the direct line of support in handling any service-related issues, actively listening to guest concerns / issues and finding effective resolution. Escalating as required.
• Ensure the restaurant area is clean and always organized.
• Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The starting wage for this role is $21.00 / hour.
