Our client in Dorval in the transportation industry is currently looking for a customer service representative with transport knowledge. This person will be responsible for processing customer inquiries, following up with customers and tracking shipments. She will also be responsible for other tasks provided by the employer.

Responsibilities
-Answer customer questions by phone
-Take the necessary measures to answer their questions
-Schedule the pickup
-Enter orders into the system, data entry process
-Follow up on customer requests and address issues
-Create labels if necessary for tracking purposes
-Search for lost packages
-Other related tasks
Qualifications
-Impeccable customer service
-General knowledge in the field of transport
-Experience in problem solving
-Ability to work under pressure
-Autonomous, resourceful
-Someone who is good at multitasking
